Earth Gracia Buildcon Private Limited is a real estate developing company, incorporated on 28.08.2012 with primary objects of development of residential and commercial complexes. EGBPL has development, marketing and selling rights of one project viz. Earth Gracia. The land of this project belongs to different land-owning company “Connoisseur Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd.” which is a group company of EGBPL .

The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of M/s Earth Gracia Buildcon Private Limited was initiated vide order dated 17.01.2019 by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and Ms. Manisha Rawat was appointed as IRP and subsequently Ms. Manisha Rawat was appointed as Resolution Professional of Corporate Debtor vide CoC meeting held on 14.03.2019.

Status of CIRP PROCESS as on 28.07.2026:

The resolution plan submitted by One City Infrastructure Private Limited in consortium with  APM Infrastructure Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Successful Resolution Applicant”) was approved by CoC in its meeting held on 27.01.2020.

The approval of plan remained pending before Adjudicating Authority due to objection filed by Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority. Similar matter was pending before Supreme Court in Civil Appeal no. 1526 OF 2023, title Alpha Corp Development Pvt. Ltd., Vs. Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority & Ors.

Pursuant to directions issued by NCLT vide Order dated 08.07.2026 an addendum to resolution plan was submitted by SRA to comply with various amendments in IBC and treatment of belated claimants. The addendum dated 21.07.2026 was approved by CoC with 100% majority on 25.07.2026
